How can I activate my Offline Wallet?

You have to visit nearby transit terminal (metro, bus terminal etc.) and do any one of the following transaction. By doing any one of the below offline wallet will be activated.
(a) Add Money: Please do Add Money transactions either by depositing cash or by using same debit card at the designated terminals located at metro stations, bus stations etc.
(b) Service Creation: Please visit the counter of designated transport operator for creation of desired service. Service creation is merchant specific such as monthly Metro pass. (After activation of the Offline Wallet of the card, by completing above step, you are free to add money from bank’s E-CHANNELS).

What is the maximum amount that can be loaded in Offline Wallet?

Presently, you can load your Offline Wallet up to Rs. 2,000/-

What is the maximum Number of services that can be activated in the card?

Presently, you can create up to 20 services in the chip of your debit card.

How can I get refund of my offline wallet amount/ closure?

Please visit your home branch and surrender the card. You may get refund of amount available in offline wallet after a cooling (waiting) period of 15 days. Cooling period of 15 days is prescribed by the Card Network.

What will happen if Card is lost/Stolen?

You may not be able to block the Offline wallet balance. Amount available in offline wallet can be misused if lost/misplaced/stolen. Amount available in Offline wallet is liable to misuse in case card is lost/stolen/misplaced.
